1TL0004 Series IE4 Low-voltage Three-phase Electric motor

1TL0004 series of motors is the newly designed high efficiency low voltage three phase asynchronous motor, the housing material is cast iron, is designed for continuous duty operation(S1). 1TL0004 series of motors owns the features of high efficiency, novel structure, beautiful appearance, low noise, small vibration, high degree of insulation, etc.
 
Bearing system
1TL0004 series motors are supplied with the ball bearingas standard. These bearings are either of the sealed or regreasable type.
For FS100 ~ 160, the floating bearings are assembled; 
For FS180 ~ 355, floating bearing at DE, and fixed bearing at NDE assembled.
The standard bearing can endure a maximum cantilever force,the increased cantilever bearing design should be considered.
 
Anti-condensation heater
 
Motors whose windings are at risk of condensation due to the climatic conditions, e.g. inactive motors in humid atmospheres or motors that are subjected to widely fluctuating temperatures can be equipped with anti-condensation heaters。 Anti-condensation heaters must be switched off during operation. When motor shut down, the heaters must be switched on.
